For a completely unique and truly Southwest take on a brunch cocktail, our Roasted Chile Verde Maria cocktail mix is a must try. We start with in-house flame roasted tomatillos and combine them with flame roasted anaheim chiles, flame roasted poblano chiles, and flame roasted jalapenos. Like our Bloody Maria mix, we lighten this mix up with a combination of fresh ingredients including onions, garlic, cucumber, and fresh lime juice.
While we generally prefer tequila, our mix is fantastic with vodka, gin, or an ice cold cerveza as a michelada. Finish with a squeeze of lime.
Ingredients: Cucumber water, roasted tomatillos, roasted poblano chiles, roasted anaheim chiles, roasted jalapenos, red onion, lime juice, horseradish, ginger, garlic, cider vinegar, salt, spices.
