Yes, we make hot sauce. Bloody mary and margarita mix too. But all of our products have one ingredient in common: flame roasted chiles. And flame roasting chiles is primarily what we have been in business doing from the very start.
Due to the slowdown that we have seen from restaurant closures due to COVID-19 (we primarily supply restaurants with roasted chiles), we thought that it might be time to start packaging these products for retail.
Roasted chile is a quintessential flavor of the Southwest, and goes great on anything. It is the main ingredient in classic chile verde, it takes burgers to the next level, and completely changes simple things like eggs, pizza, and guacamole. Once you begin cooking with and eating roasted chile, you'll wonder why you haven't always had it in your fridge.

Flame Roasted Chiles
We do not consistently have chile that was grown in Hatch, NM available. We will have Hatch chile, as well as locally grown chiles, available during the late-Summer harvest when these chiles are in season. However, due the fact that we flame roast every chile year round and send them fresh, the flavor in our chiles will be far superior to any jarred or canned chile product with the Hatch name on it. Our flame roasted Anaheim chiles will be closest in flavor to Hatch.
Our flame roasted chiles are only available for Local SLC delivery for now. We will be delivering two days a week, Tuesday and Friday, after 5pm. Orders placed prior to midnight on Tuesday will be delivered on Friday, and orders placed up until midnight on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
