Firebirds Chile Co. was born out of our love of the flavors of the Southwest. What started as a project dedicated to bringing authentic flame roasted green chile to Salt Lake City, Utah has progressed into a full-time passion for creating products with these flavors at the forefront.
From brunch cocktails to spicy condiments, marinades, and specialty snacks, we’re a proud Southwest kitchen focusing specifically on highlighting these deep, bold flavors in every one of our unique products.
